Very Disapointed......Poor service at every level - The cistern turned up with no fixings so we still can-not use it, the inside of the pipes are rusty and the cistern itself looked like it had been sat in a wear house for a long time (dirty and dusty). To top it of the customer service is very poor. When you finally manager to get through you are just palmed of with Its the supliers fault there is no gesture of good will, no compensation even though im now out of pocket as I have had to ask the plumbers to come back, and the poorest of appologies. I would never buy from them again nor would I recomend any one else do so....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!
This High Level traditional toilet has a rope effect finish for that added touch of tradition. Included is the toilet, high level cistern with fittings, a chrome flush pipe and ornate brackets for mounting the cistern. A toilet seat is not included but Better Bathrooms had a wide range of seats available which can be purchased separately.
